2. Returns and Refunds:

We want you and your "someone" to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it using the return label provided to you in the package within 30 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours.

3. Damaged Goods:

Please inspect your merchandise carefully upon delivery: If a package seems torn or damaged at delivery you have the right to refuse it. Any loss or damage in shipping must be filed with the shipping company by you.
