No special treatments are needed for the mat, your guests just sign and it is ready to display. All Signature Mats include the Signature Engraving Scribes™, guest instruction card (5" x 7"), and micro-fiber polishing cloth to remove smudges. Measures 20" x 24" with an 8" x 10" opening. Signature mat comes with solid wood beveled frame and includes plexi glass, additional cardboard matting, black backing and hanging hardware. Any item purchased from TheGiftsMaster.com will be dispatched within 7 working days from purchase and payment. We ship our products via USPS ground shipping and we have a flat fee of $5. Once we dispatch your purchase we will send you an email with carrier name and tracking number so you will always know where your package is.

2. Returns and Refunds:

We want you and your "someone" to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it using the return label provided to you in the package within 30 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours.

If we sent you the wrong product please call our Call Center for instructions. The item shall be returned to us within 7 days of delivery and we will send the correct item free of shipping charges (second class post).

3. Damaged Goods:

Please inspect your merchandise carefully upon delivery: If a package seems torn or damaged at delivery you have the right to refuse it. Any loss or damage in shipping must be filed with the shipping company by you.
