These Terms and Conditions and any terms and conditions relating to products or services described in this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of state. Disputes arising in relation to the same shall, unless otherwise expressly agreed, be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of state.

Shipping

For reliable and fast delivery we use usps ground shipping with a flat shipping fee. The usual time to fulfillment is 7 to 10 days. It might take longer if the products are custome made. We, however, keep the customer updated about the shipping date and estimated delivery date. Usps requires a physical address and does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We strive to offer safe and secure shipping at a fair and competitive price.

Most special shipping needs can be arranged for a fee by contacting customer service.

Delivery time is dependent on 2 factors:

a) Availability of the product - some items will ship within 24 hours, others in a couple days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products). The availability value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the availability timeframe, but please do not count on that.

b) The method of delivery - we use usps ground delivery with a flat delivery fee. For expedite delivery we have several options based on the time of day to be delivered. Please contact our customer care for expedite delivery service.
Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on business days. For example, if you place an order on sunday, it is impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.

We do not profit from shipping. Should you charge rush shipping, or if we are shipping your order internationally, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package.

Cooling off period

EU Directive 97/7/ec provides you the right to cancel your purchase within (fourteen) 14 working days for any reason. The 14 day “cooling off” period begins from the date you receive the product. If you choose to cancel your order you must provide us with notice in writing prior to the expiration of the 14 working day “cooling off” period and return the product. You will receive a refund no later than 14 days after we have received the notice. The refund will be for the product cost only, the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded.

Returns Policy

The original receipt, gift receipt or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges.

Return period - 30 days for all products , except Non-Returnable Items

Non-Returnable Items - Items that are damaged or abused , Items that are missing accessories .

Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible, Include the packing slip and return label, and indicate the reason for the return., include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories. And return it to back to the senders address
