5. You can close your account, also through our account settings. If you close your account,it will be deactivated and will  delete closed account information within 30 days of account closure, except as set out in this policy.  However, we may retain archived copies of your information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as mentioned above. 
6. At any time, you can request a copy of the all of the personal information we hold in our systems.  If you wish to do so, Customer Service will be able to assist you with this request.
